End-to-End Turnkey Retail Solutions

At ZRN Group, we manage retail projects end-to-end, from the initial concept through store opening and after-sales support. We plan store concepts, layouts, architectural design, and technical project development in line with each brand’s requirements, operational needs, and investment objectives. During the implementation phase, we coordinate electrical, mechanical, flooring, ceiling, lighting, decoration, and other technical works. By managing multiple disciplines through a single point of coordination, we ensure that projects progress in line with defined quality, budget, and timeline targets. We manage the procurement, delivery, and installation of shelving systems, checkout counters, refrigeration systems, shopping carts, baskets, and other operational equipment required by the store. We also coordinate the installation and commissioning of CCTV, alarm, data, public address, fire safety, and other technological infrastructure systems in accordance with project requirements. As the store moves toward operational readiness, we provide support with workforce planning, field organization, product placement, and pre-opening operational preparations. From final inspections through store opening, we oversee the entire process to ensure the investment is fully prepared for operation. Our services extend beyond the store opening. Depending on our clients’ needs, we continue to support sustainable operations through technical maintenance, renovation, equipment supply, and ongoing operational support solutions. From concept to opening, from equipment to operations, we manage every stage of retail projects through a single point of coordination.
